Brad Logan
Founder & President

Brad Logan is President and the Designated Broker for Logan Asset Management, formed to meet the needs of commercial property owners, real estate developers and landlords.

After graduating with honors from the University of Arizona, College of Law, Brad practiced real estate law in Scottsdale for three years before joining the Phoenix office of CB Richard Ellis as a National tenant representative. In 1999, Brad left CBRE to start a new group of companies focused exclusively on the needs of small business owners’ commercial real estate needs.

Brad is past Chairman of the Board of the Southwestern Business Financing Corporation – a non-profit corporation that provides small businesses with long-term loans for owner-occupied fixed assets from $125,000 to $10,000,000. He also served as a Director of the Board for Valley Capital Bank in Mesa, Arizona. He has called the Valley his home since 1975 and is passionate about maintaining and appreciating commercial real estate.

Azar Meszaros
Vice President

Azar Meszaros joined LOGAN Asset Management with a diverse well-established property management background. In addition to her property management talents, Azar brings to the team her strong follow-through skills and dedication to quality customer service. She started her career in Phoenix as a Leasing Manager for a multi-state management company based in Las Vegas. In 1998, Azar was promoted to Regional Manager overseeing management operations of properties in Arizona, Colorado and Nevada. Azar also served as an Asset Manager for a development and management firm in Las Vegas, over-seeing several retail Centers.

Jodette Wilmot
Senior Asset Manager

Jodette Wilmot has been actively involved in the Property Management industry for over 18 years. Jodette has experience in multi-family, hotel and commercial property management. She has held both Property Management and Regional Property Management titles, overseeing multiple properties in Arizona, Nevada and Texas. Her responsibilities have included budget preparation, capital improvement implementation, delinquency control, financial reporting and extensive property inspections. Jodette is quick to respond to requests, is detail-oriented, and provides a high level of service.
